Tom is a co-founder and Chairman of Edgesource Corporation. Tom has over 30 years expertise in the energy and technology industries, with experience in a variety of areas including operations, finance, field services, and project management. Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma with a major in Finance and Economics.
Tom's background and varied experience is the basis for his practical problem solving approach to the Information Technology Industry, and the foundation driving the formation of Edgesource Corporation in 1997. Tom is responsible for planning and directing strategic initiatives, including the realization of short and long-term goals. Tom ensures the implementation of the corporation’s strategic plan, as well as revenue growth and general profitability of the company.
Since 1997, Edgesource has grown considerably into a well-respected provider of innovative and efficient IT solutions. Edgesource continues to excel as a leader in the IT industry, servicing federal and commercial marketplaces.
Mr. J. Christopher Lansburgh | President & CEO
Chris is a partner and the President and CEO of Edgesource Corporation. Prior to joining Edgesource, Chris distinguished himself at CA Consulting where he quickly rose from Recruiter to Recruiting Manager to Account Executive. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science.
Chris joined Edgesource in 1997 as an Account Manager, responsible for sales, business development, and contract support services to federal system integrators and commercial clients. Chris became the Director of Operations in 1999, where he provided oversight to the technical resource staff, account managers, and accounting personnel. Chris was again promoted in 2000 to Executive Vice-President, responsible for the Washington, DC operations and reporting directly to the President/COO. In May of 2013 Chris was promoted to the role of President and COO, and assumed the additional title of CEO in April 2017.
For almost 20 years, Chris has taken an active role in providing proactive program and executive management to his clients. Chris has successfully managed most of the company’s largest engagements with the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Air Force and has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service based upon his pragmatic, hands-on approach to partnering with his customers.
Mr. Joe Urbaniak | COO
Joe is a partner and the COO of Edgesource Corporation. Before joining Edgesource, Joe worked at the Pentagon with assignments at the Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff G-2, and the Deputy Chief of Staff G-3/5/7.
Joe has extensive expertise managing Army programs, as well as experience supporting the Joint Staff and the Intelligence Community. Joe is a recognized subject matter expert on intelligence operations, cybersecurity, operations and planning, force management, cyber / C5ISR capabilities development, doctrine, defense policy, and resource management (PPBE).
Joe is a graduate of the U.S. Army Force Management School and has lectured at the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. In addition to dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, in Military History and Government & Politics, Joe also received a Master’s Degree from American University in Middle Eastern International Relations and Islamic Fundamentalism, and a Master’s Degree from American Military University in Strategic Intelligence.
Ms. Sheletta M. Williams | Vice President of Operations
Sheletta is the Vice President of Operations at Edgesource Corporation, as well as the Facility Security Officer. Sheletta oversees the accounting and human resources functions as well as prime contract/subcontract administration at Edgesource.
With more than 20 years of experience in budgeting, finance, accounting, and contract management for both the government and private sectors, Sheletta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Edgesource. Sheletta is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, maintaining banking and financial documentation, licenses, and regulations pertaining to all aspects of Edgesource’s business.
