Executive Leadership

Edgesource’s leadership team takes an active role in supporting our customers. Client engagements are assigned an executive liaison to ensure contract requirements are tracked and delivered on time and within budget, with the ultimate goal of exceeding customer expectations. Our management team takes a proactive approach towards delivering client services and regularly meets with our client’s leadership team.

Thomas A. Wilbanks


Tom is a co-founder and Chairman of Edgesource Corporation. Tom has over 30 years expertise in the energy and technology industries, with experience in a variety of areas including operations, finance, field services, and project management. Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma with a major in Finance and Economics.

Tom’s background and varied experience is the basis for his practical problem solving approach to the Information Technology Industry, and the foundation driving the formation of Edgesource Corporation in 1997. Tom is responsible for planning and directing strategic initiatives, including the realization of short and long-term goals. Tom ensures the implementation of the corporation’s strategic plan, as well as revenue growth and general profitability of the company.

Since 1997, Edgesource has grown considerably into a well-respected provider of innovative and efficient IT solutions. Edgesource continues to excel as a leader in the IT industry, servicing federal and commercial marketplaces.

J. Christopher Lansburgh

President & CEO

Chris is the President and CEO of Edgesource Corporation where he sets the business strategy and vision for the company. He joined Edgesource in 1997 as an Account Manager, responsible for sales, business development and contract support services to federal system integrators and commercial clients. In 1999, Chris became the Director of Operations where he provided oversight to the technical resource staff, account managers and accounting personnel. In 2000, Chris was again promoted to Executive Vice President where he transitioned the company from a technical recruiting company to an IT services provider pursuing prime contract opportunities. Having successfully navigated that path for the company, Chris was named President and COO by the Board of Directors in 2013. He assumed the additional title of CEO in 2017.

Prior to joining Edgesource, Chris distinguished himself at CA Consulting where he quickly rose from Recruiter to Recruiting Manager to Account Executive during his tenure. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science.

Married to his wonderful wife with three sons, you can often find Chris on the baseball diamond where he is an enthusiastic parent cheering on his high schooler or an active coach managing his youngest son’s baseball team. Though he also enjoys golfing and fishing, the time constraints of fatherhood and running a successful business often hinder those opportunities.

Tracey King


Tracey is the Chief Operating Officer at Edgesource Corporation, as well as the Facility Security Officer. She joined Edgesource in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter, providing resource support and account management. She has been continually promoted serving as our Recruiting Manager, Director of Programs, Vice President of Operations and most recently, Senior Vice President of Operations. Tracey has been involved in a diverse set of corporate operations during her 13 years at Edgesource. As COO, Tracey oversees and is responsible for our Federal / Civilian Programs, HR and Security, Recruiting, Quality Management and Program Operations.

With over 20 years of operational management experience supporting both the commercial and federal sectors, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and process management to Edgesource and our customers. She will work closely with our Directors and Program Managers to ensure our service delivery, corporate operations and security compliance exceed expectations as she serves our employees and customers.

Tracey received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University with a major in Psychology. During her free time Tracey likes to spend time with her husband and son attending sporting events and traveling.

Joe Urbaniak

Partner/Chief Strategy Officer

Joe is a partner and the CSO of Edgesource Corporation. Before joining Edgesource, Joe worked at the Pentagon with assignments at the Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff G-2, and the Deputy Chief of Staff G-3/5/7.

Joe has extensive expertise managing Army programs, as well as experience supporting the Joint Staff and the Intelligence Community. Joe is a recognized subject matter expert on intelligence operations, cybersecurity, operations and planning, force management, cyber / C5ISR capabilities development, doctrine, defense policy, and resource management (PPBE).

Joe is a graduate of the U.S. Army Force Management School and has lectured at the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. In addition to dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, in Military History and Government & Politics, Joe also received a Master’s Degree from American University in Middle Eastern International Relations and Islamic Fundamentalism, and a Master’s Degree from American Military University in Strategic Intelligence.

Sheletta M. Williams

Senior VP of Finance

Sheletta is the Vice President of Operations at Edgesource Corporation, as well as the Facility Security Officer. Sheletta oversees the accounting and human resources functions as well as prime contract/subcontract administration at Edgesource.

With more than 20 years of experience in budgeting, finance, accounting, and contract management for both the government and private sectors, Sheletta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Edgesource. Sheletta is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, maintaining banking and financial documentation, licenses, and regulations pertaining to all aspects of Edgesource’s business.

Auspex Analytics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Edgesource, delivering data analytics, management consulting, strategy consulting, data operations, and operations research services to the DoD and Intel community.
